Well, let's get into the psychology of what triggers a person to purchase. The reason people do anything is of two reasons: to move away from pain or to move towards pleasure. What would happen if you communicated in a way to eliminated your clients' pain. In essence, your clients are looking for solutions to their struggles.
I've had 3 entrepreneur endeavors. These are my What Do You Do statements: I) As a computer consultant - I support teams in semiconductor equipment manufacturing to bring their software up to standards, coach individuals on best coding practices and reduce investment time. 2) As a realtor - I support home-buyers in purchasing a home by substantially reducing the legal rigmarole, professionally negotiate for the best price, and watch for pitfalls that jeopardize the home's value. 3) As a biz coach - I support mom entrepreneurs to create an online presence that sells so they can live guilt-free and balance the needs of the family.
This is how it has worked for me: MD for auto-immune disease - I get clients to live an active life and reduce dependency on medication. I have actually paid thousands to get my auto-immune disease cured, and I have no regrets.
